Reek Manikan, was born in Houston, Texas October 31st, 1985. He was raised and currently resides in Atlanta, Ga. Manikan is more than your typical rap artist; The multi-talented Reek Manikan has created a lane of his own as an American Alternative-Punk-Hip Hop artist. His talents also include songwriting, vocal production, video production and directing. With such talents he was able to launch his own production company “I’m the Shooter Filmz INC.” in 2013. He now records, direct and edit his own music videos which allows him to stay true to his vision for his story.

Through his music he’s an innovator of punk-rap. He has the remarkable ability to capture the essence of storytelling and present it to a diverse crowd of hip-hop rebels. Mankikan is known for shedding light on the social conscious issues of his generation and exposing unwanted truths. His music is an honest reflection of his life, an open book composed of love, pain, struggle, and other life experiences.
