The Hymnal was a labor of love for the duo. It took nearly a year to bring these 5 songs into the light of day. Even though the opening track, Cool Waters, was the first song Heather Lee Wynn ever wrote for the group, the remaining songs came about only through time. Time with each other - time with friends - time alone - and everything in between. The lyrics that form much of this album are full of the thoughts and feelings of someone who is in search of something; and is being found.
