Founded in 2012 by Jason Valdez, Lost Records officially launched in 2015. Songs like "Batchin' It" and "Calling You Out" from Kill Liberal take the street trash punk and sewer rat ska sounds that you know and love so well, drench them in malt liquor and cure them with a fine layer of pop that assaults your ear canals with a poignancy unrivaled by most in the scene. Young Costello annihilates the ska-punk ethos with flash and fury; a beast of a band with screaming guitars and Spanish tinged horns that moves and grooves every follicle and tooth you have in your being, leaving you begging for more. "The Discord" kicks in the door to your listening holes and defies you not to dance, while "At the Fall" is guaranteed to set up shop in the place in your brain where the catchiest of hooks are known to roam, and will not leave.

Closing out this already awesome mix of tunes, The Lost Project brings it home with a pair of incendiary tracks showcasing the trio's strongest traits: soothing melodies, rubbery bass lines, and thunderous drums. "Closure" and "More To Give, Pt. 1" wrap themselves comfortably in a pleasurable pocket of pop.
