Meditate on the attributes that you feel your own pure Essence expresses. The more we focus on Being Essence, the more aligned to It we become. Brief Meditation using the above Mantra:- - Take a few minutes to slow your breathing rhythm right down - As you slowly chant I AM on the inhale and LOVE on the exhale - Imagine also that you are drawing through your atoms, from the highest dimensions within, pure Essence energy. - Imagine exhaling this pure Essence energy and filling every cell with Its nourishing flow. - With this slow, deep and refined breathing rhythm and the above intention keep slowly chanting the mantra I AM LOVE and feel, sense how your body is responding to this. - Next keeping this same slow breathing rhythm and intention that - you are drawing through your atoms, from the highest dimensions within, pure Essence energy. - Then again imagine exhaling this pure Essence energy and filling every cell with Its nourishing flow. - Now change the mantra to slowly chant I AM on the inhale - With the slow chant of ETERNAL on the exhale. - Stay with this for a few moments and again just be aware of how your system is responding. - Then when you are ready change the chant to I AM INFINITE.
