Javez Anderson, as known as "Ray Royalty", was born April 10, 1996 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a young boy, Javez lived in the Northern part of Philadelphia, which was one of the most dangerous places in the city to live. He later moved to live in a higher middle-class environment away from the treacherous lifestyle that North Philly brought him. He became widely influenced in Hip-Hop music around 2011; following rappers such as Eminem, 50 Cent, Wiz Khalifa, Tyga, and Cassidy. He looks up heavily to rappers such as 50 Cent, Tyga, Wiz Khalifa, and Cassidy. To this day, Javez has over 200 songs in total.
