CLC has made a comeback with their 8th mini album [No.1] which contains more confidence on music and visuals. Last February, female idol group CLC, who has received much love for their previous 7th mini album "BLACK DRESS", is now returned with their new 8the mini album “No.1”, a much more matured looks in about a year and planning another transformation. The album title [No.1] has two meanings: First, it literally means their strong ambitions which they will reach to the No .1 spot. Second, "the album is filled with music that no one else can sing and perform except CLC". Also, the title track 'No' is placed on the first track(1), which also shows a correlation with the album title. The title track ‘No’ is a dance song with a unique synth bass sound and dynamic base line. They aren’t denying the previous modifiers "Pure, Sexy and Cute," instead the lyrics express their pride and confidence which saying "It is impossible to express CLC in one color”. In particular, CLC's unique and chic look in the hook using a cappella, increases expectations for their performance to be performed on the stage. The second track ’SHOW’ is an electronic pop song which has an impressive intro with a strong piano and synthesizer sounds.
