This music has been a long time coming. I took a hiatus from music for several years, and when my friend Dave Drago of 1809 Studios moved back to Rochester, NY, we started working on some music together. It ultimately led to The Seasonal Affect after another friend, Nicole Covino, heard what we were working on and decided to fund a full length album. I brought these songs 1809 studios where Dave and I arranged them and finally brought life to some ideas that hadn't seen the light of day for almost 10 years and others that were born in the moment. The album runs the gamut of emotion that come from love, pain, anger, fear, and hope. All of them come from personal experience with love interests throughout my life, struggles in faith and friendship, and the choice to move on. The Seasonal Affect is the way the world around influences your mood and your thoughts, and this album is a confluence of the seasons of my life that have affected me, some of which have been very dark and angry while others have been a triumph.
