I've spent my whole life listening to and playing music of so many different styles. Discovering dance music in my early thirties was the first time I’d felt that I'd found my musical home, the style that best fit what I was trying to express. I'm equally as inspired by the compositions of Wayne Shorter as the melodic sense of Joni Mitchell, the imagination of *****, the accessible experimentation of Radiohead or the grooves of Louie Vega and Maya Jane Coles. I've tried to fuse all of these disparate inspirations into something new yet familiar; lush, vibrant dance music that appeals to the mind and heart as much as to the body. Rich tapestries of uplifting sound that transcend the dance music genre; songs that tell a story and take the listener on a journey. I’ve played guitar, dabbled in other instruments and composed music for over 25 years. I also own and manage an independent production company Spider Monkey Music in San Francisco that works with a collective of artists of many genres.

It’s been a long journey of learning, listening and exploring to arrive at my newest release, Odyssey. I feel it’s the first time I’m finally expressing what I’ve been searching for all of these years and I’m proud to say that even after listening to these songs hundreds of times during their creation I still love them. I’m very excited to share them with all of you.
