This is the debut record from Cameron DeFaria, a 16 year old who has been playing guitar and piano since he was 9. He got his first taste of his love for music back in Middle School with his band "Stereo Union”. That led to an audition for the Hub TV show “Majors and Minors”. Out of 40,000 kids Cameron was selected as one of the 12 finalists. On this EP, Cameron exemplifies his alternative artistry through angst, frustration, and sincerity. For example, "Urban Policy" addresses adolescent constraints and how rebellious motives arise through dissatisfaction with constant monitoring of today's youth, "Worth Fighting For" is distinguished as more of a light-hearted alternative anthem, and "Skipping Stones" is a straight up sing-along ballad that embodies Cameron's artistic journey thus far. Cameron has also shown off his acting skills on shows like “Bones” and the Hub Network’s show “The Haunting Hour”. Between his studies in high school, Cameron still has time to write songs.
