The Inn Between is Adam Klein’s latest full length effort and the first in four years. Scattered among new original compositions are cuts from the past 10 years that never quite found a comfortable home. There are great moments if you enjoy roller coasters of emotions and landscapes that The Inn Between boasts. Adam tends to dig beneath perfunctory views and that’s frighteningly on display in tracks like ‘A Better Way’, ‘Nature Born Country Geek’ and ‘The Music of the City is Gone’. One thing remains consistent, the crafty songwriting and dramatic imagery are all presented in nice little packages full of instrumentation, embellishment and contagious melodies.
