简介
The Suburbans' self-titled debut is what happens when a few jams recorded on an iPhone internal mic get copied to a studio setting. Using standard and alternate tunings as well as unconventional time signatures, The Suburbans push the limits of folk and americana. The result is a creative blend of early Fleet Foxes and Ryan Adams with overtones of the singer/songwriter's of the 1990's. From the driving, hopeful rhythm of "Come With Me" to the reflection behind, "When I Was Young," The Suburbans take you on a thought-provoking journey through the human experience as seen through the eyes of James Pollock and Rob Clark.
