Seiho takes his formal training in jazz, influence from the creative mecca that is Los Angeles, all that has been labeled ‘post-dub-step…’ and melds together what can perhaps best be described as ‘Urban Pop.’ He is opening up aural spaces that have not yet been adequately explored and putting his uniquely groovy and soulful stamp on them. The young producer Seiho has been working seriously in his hometown Osaka, and he has just started a new label called “Day Tripper Records” with lots of Osaka local artists.
