The Almost Everything started out as a YouTube Channel created by musician Tyler Breinholt, creating videos of all kinds of different genres including challenges, vlogs, and occasional original music posts. From there The Almost Everything has grown quickly with more experience with electronic music production, online interest, and public input.

"I'm so grateful for my fans and friends for supporting me in this and in my family for helping me in my goals as an electronic artist. I hope that people can see I genuinely want to make an impact on through my music and I hope they feel that impact as they listen to some of the sounds I am producing." Tyler begins each song by first composing melodies and rhythms on the guitar, then plugging in those notes and chords to midi as a basis for the next big track. "I go through this process dozens of times before finding the right one to become my next big project. I don't want to waste countless hours on works that will end up mediocre. It's not worth it for me, and it's not worth it for the audience."
