Omar Soriano returns, this time with a project bound to impress Salsa purists and casual fans alike. “Mi Vida Perdida” revolves around a tough, bitter, and streetwise Afro-Cuban mambo groove in the tradition of Tito Puente and Ray Barretto. Designed from the ground up with the international Salsa dance scene in mind, Salseros will love grooving to the hard-hitting percussion and deep vamp that will make them sad when it comes to an end. For extra punch and musicianship, Omar invited to Giovani Goulert on Percussion, Ross McCrae on Trombone, William Stewart on Violin, and Eric Goran on Trumpet to the sessions to add some extra gravitas to an already rockin piece.
