Frank Radice and Laura Coyle have been working on this release since early 2010. Laura sang all the songs while Frank handled most of the instrumentation unless otherwise noted..... Cover design by Joel Wald. Song details: Out of the Blue-written by Laura Coyle. The original tracks were produced by Karen Staley in Nashville with some of the top session players. Frank Radice provided additional lead guitar and keyboard tracks. A percussive track was added by Michael Radice. Final mix and mastering by Frank Radice. Please Don't Take Your Love Away- Written by Frank Radice and Laura Coyle. Michael Radice added percussion. Great harmonies by Laura! The Long Glass Tower- Written by Frank Radice. The original tracks were produced by Steve Hansen at Hi-Top production. Steve played guitar, bass, keyboards and also produced the main drum track. The vocals (Laura) were engineered by Frank Radice who also added additional instrumentation. Mike Fraioli played cello and Michael Radice added live percussive tracks....Final mix and mastering by Frank Radice. Frank also played the 12 string guitar that is prominent throughout the track. Please Forgive Me-Written by Frank Radice. Michael Radice played the drums on this track and improvised an exciting Santana type break in the middle of the song. Bob Piciulli contributed the excellent bass line. Frank Radice played all guitars and keys on this tune. This track highlights another excellent vocal by Laura! Whenever You Are Here-Written by Frank Radice and Laura Coyle. Frank handles all the instrumentation on this track while Laura delivers a heartfelt vocal performance. Love Goes-Written by Frank Radice and Anthony Radice. Another great vocal by Laura! Forgotten Man-Written by Frank Radice and Chris Simansky. The drum track was played and recorded by Jim McCarty (Drum Tracks by Jim McCarty). Frank played all the guitar and keys. John Toto provided the excellent Bass track. Michael Radice added percussion. Again, Laura delivers a great vocal with nice harmonies! Angels-Written by Frank Radice and Steve Hansen. A very emotional vocal delivery by Laura! Michael Fraioli provided the excellent cello track. Nothing Means More-Written by Frank Radice and Laura Coyle. This country tune is the perfect wedding song. Again, Laura delivers a superb vocal! SINGER/SONGWRITER LAURA COYLE Laura is a lifelong songwriter and performer. She has recorded and performed hundreds of her original compositions winning a Billboard Songwriters Award along the way. She has released two full-length CD’s, “Lift Your Head” and “Five Mile River Road”. Her third release is due out in the Autumn of 2011. Laura began her musical journey in the tri-state area, taking up her artistic residency in New York City. She became a mainstay at performances spaces such as; Toads Place in New Haven, CT, and she was a regular down in New York City’s Greenwich Village at popular venues such as: The Bitter End, The Village Gate, Cornelia Street Cafe, Cottonwood Cafe, Speakeasy, etc. Laura toured regularly throughout New England, Boston and Cape Cod, opening for Jonatha Brooke of “The Story” several times. Laura was a featured performer at the annual “Martha's Vineyard Singer Song-writer Retreat" at the Wintertide Coffee House started by Christine Lavin and is a featured artist, along with artist like Martin Sexton, on a CD compilation of the same name. She was also chosen as a finalist in the competition for The Guinness Fleadh Festival on Randall’s Island. After recording a three-song demo with top session players in Nashville in the late 90’s, Laura relocated to Los Angeles for 9 years to pursue her music and a career in acting. Laura cultivated a second loyal following there and appeared in countless Los Angeles venues. While in Los Angeles Laura’s music attorney got her on Ed McMahon’s “Next Big Star” where she won “Best Female Vocalist”. Laura was launched in Japan when she first moved west and received national TV and radio exposure there. Laura was chosen as “Artist of the month” on the then number one women’s website, ivillage.com, following fellow artist, k.d. Lang. Laura’s albums, videos and several additional music compilations are available at www.lauracoyle.com Born in Montréal and raised in Connecticut Laura graduated Cum Laude from the University of Connecticut with a BFA in acting and a minor in voice. SINGER/SONGWRITER FRANK RADICE Frank Radice started playing the guitar when he was 10 years old. He has composed over 160 songs during the past 25 years and released his first album, "Free Road" in 2001, which is a mixture of pop/rock, folk/rock and blues. Influenced by the American music scene of the 60's as well as the British invasion, Frank was inspired by groups such as the Beatles, the Byrds, Cream, Santana etc. Frank also drew inspiration from individual artists like James Taylor, Cat Stevens, Jim Croce, Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendrix. Frank's song "King of the Blues", which is the first track on his Free Road album, placed among the top 500 in the l999 Billboard Song Contest. Also, "Wastin' Time" won a top 500 placement in 2006...... Additionally, 4 other songs ("Free Road", "Forgotten Man", "We Gotta Slow Down" and "The Long Glass Tower") on this album received honorable mention awards in the 2001 Billboard Song Contest. "Angels", written with Steve Hansen won an honorable mention in 2006....... Over the last 20 years, Frank has produced, engineered and co-written with some incredibly talented individuals such as Laura Coyle, Richard "Cookie" Thomas, Chris Simansky, Anthony Radice, Mike Radice, and Clinton Bonner. Frank recently released 2 new albums, "Odyssey" (2010) and "Another Day In The Sun" (2011).
