Hey! I'm Mary and I love to write music and play the guitar. I'm fourteen years old and started writing songs when I was twelve (they were definitely not the best though). Now I have improved in songwriting and needed to go a step further so, here I am. Most of my inspiration for writing songs comes from my life. If I'm having a tough time with a friend, I'll write about that. If I'm feeling really happy and positive, I may write about that. Not all of my songs come from my life though. sometimes I will write songs about TV show characters or made up characters. It's comforting to know that If I have a rough day, it will be okay because I can go and write a song about It later. It really helps me get my thoughts out, but in music form.
