Cypher a.k.a. Yung Cyph was born in Washington, D.C. As an adolescence he developed a love for music. Throughout his elementary to early high school years he spent time goin back and forth frm The DMV to the State of New Jersey. His father, a percussionist, introduced him to composing at a very young age. Cyph was very interested in playing live instruments. Especially playing musical genres like Hip-hop and go-go. His uncle introduced him to every aspect of Hip-hop and his aunt intorduced him to dance. As time progressed, Cyph combined his love for composing, "rapping", and dancing and wrote, recorded, produced, and choreographed his first single and performance at age 12. It has been a blessing every since.

Cyph now writes, produces, choreographs, and engineers all his own material. Including his hit single "Hold That (Watch Me Do My Dance)". Stay Tuned!
