Christopher Vincent is a West Virginian musician. He is most notable for his work with the band Qiet, of which he is the lead vocalist, guitarist, and principal songwriter. He uses rhythms and styles from all around the world and complex structures to create truly one-of-a-kind music. Often dark and existential, his lyrics edify the few who still listen to the words, and for the rest, there are irresistible tempos. Vincent’s music has been described as “...music with a vision and a purpose – music to dance to (should the mood take you), but equally it is intelligent, literary music that you can listen to (should the mood take you).”

Vincent has created three studio albums under the guidance of Eddie Ashworth, a producer well-known for his work with Sublime and Pennywise, and was a featured performer on WVPR’s Mountain Stage in 2016. Vincent is a part of the community he lives in, often giving back through benefit shows, and volunteer work with schools and music education groups. His dedicated fans feel they are part of the group as much as anyone on stage. This is just as it should be, as Vincent and Qiet’s ultimate goal is to bring people together through the unifying power of music.
