简介
Robert Johnson’s Autobiography My love for music started at the age of seven years old. There was a passion for beating the drums, so I started to beat on my mother’s pots and pans until she informed the pastor (Leroy Johnson) that I was interested in playing the drums. The pastor then allowed me to play on Sunday night. Within a few months I became the main drummer in that church. After a few years when I was about fifteen I developed a love for another instrument (bass guitar). It took only four months for me to learn how to play the bass. I became the bass guitar player for the Southern District in Berkeley County South Carolina. My attention then turned to my love for the Organ, Keyboard and the Piano. Playing the Organ started out as just a dream and has blossomed into a reality. My interest grew stronger and stronger to play the Organ. Until I gave my life to the Lord I felt as though I was not worthy of the gifts and talents that God has blessed me with. I felt that I was the underdog, but God’s word says that the first shall be last and the last shall be first. My life really took a turn when I met the love of my life Jacqueline Johnson. We have three wonderful children together, one of my children Justin (A.K.A. Odub) Johnson has been blessed with the same musical abilities. He has two tracks on my CD project “For The Love Of, Music” and is presently in the studio working on his own project. My wife encouraged me to pursue my dreams. Once I realized who I was in Christ, I knew that I had to press forward, into my destiny. My desire to beat on pots and pans grew into a passion for music and now will be heard by millions. My first CD project “For The Love Of Music” was just released on April 30, 2006 at my church Heart to Heart International Ministries in Moncks Corner SC.
