Describing themselves as indie ‘pop-smack’, Mellor are a four piece from Reading whose sound and image has been compared to that of The Libertines, Arctic Monkeys and Miles Kane Since forming in 2011 Mellor have released three singles and an EP, all of which have gained national radio play courtesy of Absolute Radio and BBC 6 Music. The band have earned glowing reviews from magazines such as NME and Artrocker and have a large and ever growing fanbase earned through a year of intensive touring and support slots for The Milk, Carl Barat and The Kooks. Damage/Joy is their second EP release.
