简介

Shomori Pass and Kenji Takei also known as Mr. Big Baby, once again teamed up on this heavy Japanese style influence track. "The Samurhyme" offers creative lyrics referencing the mic as the Bushido way. Shomori Pass Bio: Shomori Pass’ Hip Hop lineage is as much authentic as it is unique. He’s considered the protégé’ of U.S. multi-platinum and gold recording artist Jah Skillz who herself is the protégé’ of Warren G, brother of Dr. Dre. While growing up in Los Angeles, a brother-like bond formed with Thug Life legend Mopreme Shakur who himself is the older brother of the late great Tupac Shakur. All of these moments became priceless experiences that defined him as an international rap star. It’s no wonder why his latest album release “Rule the World” has been entitled such. The album also features Hip Hop legend Rakaa Iriscience of Dilated Peoples on the lead single with the same name. The song “Attitude” is another standout track that features fellow Los Angeles natives Shade Sheist and Shane Trace. “Rule the World” even features a track with his mentor, Mopreme Shakur on the song “A Thug’s Life.” The album showcases the growth of an artist who has had the influences of many elite mentors, respectively in their fields. Shomori Pass made his major debut in Asia in 2009 with Sony Music Thailand when he featured on Two Popetorn’s “Kid Arai.” The great writing and recording teamwork of the two artists for “Kid Arai,” earned them the #1 song in Thailand that year. Shortly after, Shomori collaborated with Malaysian superstars, rapper Malique of Too Phat, award winning producer DJ Fuzz and songstress Najwa Mahiaddin. The song “KL My Belle” became one of Kuala Lumpur’s Hip Hop anthems of 2010. In 2012 Shomori co-founded Jamori Entertainment Group (J.E.G.) with his longtime friend and business partner Jamali “Jah Skillz” Carthorn, where he released two much anticipated E.P.s that year. “Rising of the Dawn” was solely produced by Swiss producer Nils “TheDawn” Halter. The lead single “I’m Gone Getcha” featured two hugely successful artists. Ribkat, whose best known for his days with Styles of Beyond and from being heavily featured on Mike Shinoda’s Fort Minor album and Thai R&B star Kris Descamps. The other E.P. “Bedroom Stories,” was produced solely by Antonio “Nice” Jackson who’s Fly High Productions, has produced songs for Tyga and Young Money Entertainment. These two E.P.s along with a number of other singles, made an easy transition into the age of music streaming, often reached #1 in Radio.com’s trending charts in Thailand, Maylasia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, France, Switzerland, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela and India before the company’s buyout to Pandora. In 2015, Shomori Pass and J.E.G. formed a partnership with Heaventise Advisory and its direct subsidiary, The Underworld Production (U.W.P.), to organize music and sporting events, produce visual art, films & TV shows along with composed music. In the partnership, Shomori’s written, starred and produced his own talk shows “Music Talks” and “The Nirvana Show.” With many other TV shows scheduled to go into production, it’s also rumored that J.E.G. and U.W.P. is in development of “White Sand Crushes,” a romantic comedy written and starring Shomori Pass. In 2016, we will see just how unique Shomori’s Hip Hop legendary lineage has made him.
