The Silence Of The Fans is the journey of, Kofi Jenkins, a southwest Georgia kid who lost his father, (who was his role model and mentor) lost his faith in relationships, and also his passion for music. Feeling overwhelmed I traveled the United States of America searching for answers and the purpose of life. What i discovered was so much more. While in my eight months of travel... starting in Destin, Florida and ending in New Orleans, Louisiana before I knew it I had written an album. On a hiatus from music due to the lack of content and the utter disrespect of music's origins I developed a sound that would have made the forefathers proud. From intro, outro, to interlude The Silence Of The Fans delivers extreme lyrical prowess, homage to those who came before us, Slick Rick story telling ability, and "The Notebook" style tear jerkers.
