Avatar are an Irish Reggae /Jazz group whose style of music has been described as both 'uplifting & relaxing'. They are without doubt one of Europe's most original & unique groups. Their sound evokes both the old school musicality of Jamaica's Ska; Rocksteady & Roots/Dub eras to which they have added their own unique flavour.Their two previous albums (Summa Iru & Like River To Ocean also available on Cd Baby) have received rave reviews.Here are some pertaining to both of these albums.
