About Darrell Heath Danville, IL Darrell Heath was born in West Central Indiana and raised just across the state line in Danville, IL. Darrell has always loved music. At an early age, he received his first guitar from his mother who obtained the guitar for him with King Korn Trading Stamps, and he received four guitar lessons from an old man at a used car lot and was hooked on playing from that time to now. During his teenage years he helped form a band with some of his school friends and they began writing songs. The band did not last too long but Darrell continued playing and writing songs. Darrell has been influenced by many genres of music throughout his life. He has played in several bands and played many venues...most notably he played for PM Magazine, auditioned for Hal Ketchum, played with drummer Danny Reed (stunt man with The Death Riders Thrill Show and stunt man for the TV series Chips), and played at Pinnacle Peak in Arizona. Darrell began concentrating on writing music and songs and recording them in the home recording studio he built. His music and songs tell stories about his life and he is blessed to have a family that contributes and supports his endeavors.
