True to its title, Smile, the newest release from Simplified, will describe how you react when you hear this artistic mix of reggae / jazz funk blended with mild flavors of their southern roots. “People just relate to our songs”, explains Clee, the six foot seven front man with his trademark facial expression, “I love watching people take our story and make it theirs”.

Simplified, a Charlotte, NC based band, have made a mark for themselves with incredibly catchy melodies and intense live performances. In the three years since the band formed, they have played over 400 live shows and captivated a variety of people everywhere.
