Chris & Maggie are a pop/indie/rock duo based in Los Angeles. Chris is originally from the East Coast and writes melodic and heartfelt songs driven by honest lyrics that are based on his experiences. In addition to being a singer/songwriter he has worked for social justice causes. Maggie was born and raised in Los Angeles, sings backing vocals and harmonies, and creates all band artwork. Chris & Maggie met at a classic car show at Bob's Big Boy in Burbank and began harvesting their mutual love for music soon after. They have performed at The Whisky a Go Go, The Viper Room, Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo Hollywood, The Special Olympics World Games Festivals, LA Ultimate Women's Expo, The Orange County Fair, The LA Zoo, The Mint, Bar 20 on Sunset, Latin Food Fest at Santa Monica Airport's Hangar 8, Sunland Summerfest, Chino Airport, Santa Monica Global Fest, Hermosa Beach Fine Arts Festival, Kidspace Museum, The Midnight Mission, City of Hope Hospital and Mattel Children's Hospital for The Musicians on Call program, American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Van Nuys Airport's Fire Station for the YMCA's Pancake Breakfast, and many other venues, charity events, and special events in and around the LA area. They have just completed their first EP at Jim Henson Studios in Hollywood.
