In the last year, I've become more interested in doing covers. I've found a great way to do it, too: sing the vocals then send the tracks to my friends Paul and Mike on the other side of the country. What they do is amazing! I would never have thought to produce this song the way they have. And I would never have thought to cover this song at all if my student Annie Frost hadn't brought it in to learn. She wanted to sing it with a friend so I wrote a harmony part, recorded it for them to work on, then found myself arranging more vocal parts. The result is what you're hearing. Just love it! Thanks Paul and Mike for being so creative with my voice.
