This album by Hard Knox is played with the bluegrass style with an edge. The album demonstrates the impact of taking songs from non-bluegrass artists (i.e., E. Clapton, Adele, Marshall Tucker) and playing them in the bluegrass genre with dobro, banjo, mandolin, bass and guitar. The Tidewater Bluegrass Music Association has stated that the album was "awesome" and that the blend of vocals along with instrumentation is superb.
