Straight from Avi's Blog: "About six months ago, I had experienced a five hour dream that resulted in an entire record of material. It was undoubtedly the most surrealistic, divine sort of spell one could expect from an event of this magnitude. Upon waking up, I rushed into my tiny bedroom studio during the hours of 3 a.m. and 6 p.m., toiling over the odd production sense behind the brief lapse from reality that had just occurred. I didn't question the noise that was coming out of me, I just felt and recorded on automatic without stopping until it was complete. At first, I was very unsure of the obscure and unorganized musical fragments that evolved into "All That's Left Of Us." There was nothing remotely accessible or marketable about the songs. This was the kind of release that couldn't be packaged up and presented with any sort of special ribboning for the TRL masses.
