Nashville, TN, November 20th, 2015: Star 1 Records and BGN Music Group proudly announce the new Worldwide Single Release of “CAROLINA STRONG”, a song of hope and encouragement by Nashville Recording Artist JK Nick Nichols. This song was written by JK Nick Nichols, Bob Pennington, formerly with Warner-Chappell Music, and South Carolina Songwriter Gary Narron and is dedicated to the support of hundreds of thousands of citizens of the great state of South Carolina that have been affected by recent disasters. Nick is a South Carolina permanent resident from the upstate of SC and also lead singer and keys player with South Carolina’s famed Upstate group, Southern Crescent Band. Gary Narron is also a citizen of SC who resides in the recent zones affected by Hurricane Joaquin and who lost everything in the wake of Hurricane Hugo in September of 1989. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each download go directly to the Red Cross to help those affected by the recent floods!
