A native of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Keri has been touching lives from a very young age. She has ministered to audiences of many different races and nationalities throughout the Caribbean, United States and Europe. An anointed singer and songwriter, she has shared the stage with other renowned artists such as Vickie Winans, Angella Chrystie, Vicki Yohe and the Mighty G Sound of South Africa. Rogers Music, Atlanta, Georgia) who has also worked with such renowned artists as Babbie Mason and D'Vine. Keri is an ordained Psalmist whose rich alto voice does nothing short of ushering you into the presence of God. In August 2003, she released her debut CD "Sweeter". This collection of original songs showcased her as a gifted songwriter. As a praise and worship leader for over 12 years, her passion is empowering believers to walk in their destiny and teaching worshipers how to experience a true manifestation of God's presence. Keri is a multi-gifted pastor, evangelist and psalmist who willingly shares her ministry gifts. In addition to her music ministry, she finds great fulfillment as she co-labors in ministry with her husband, Pastor Dwayne Fraser. Together, they provide vision and leadership to Rain Outreach Ministry, an international outreach ministry committed to reaching out to those in need with the love of Jesus Christ. Keri is a sought after motivational speaker at leadership and worship conferences. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and has received numerous professional awards for her excellence in Management. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Christian Education.
