I wrote this song the day our daughter's school had their "pajama day." That week was full of themed days: crazy hair day, pajama day, career day, all culminating in the 5th grade promotion ceremony. Each morning I would take photographs of that day's event. Then I rushed home to write and record a song. Finally, I made a slide show from the photographs, added the song as a soundtrack and then posted the video to share with our school community before midnight that evening. These self-imposed demands resulted in three new songs that week!

Of course, recording this, the final version of "Wear My Pajamas to School," took 9 months to finally finish.
