This serendipitous collaboration between Jojo Desmond and Wayne Morgan showcases their great musicianship, heart felt song writing and sense of fun, with influences ranging from Steely Dan; The Crusaders; Bonnie Raitt; Stevie Wonder; Sade; John Mayer; Nile Rodgers and many more. Both self confessed 'jazzers' this rather meaty debut album should be able to satisfy the tastes of the 'muso' to the carefree listener. "Harmony- took me right back to Joni Mitchell Chalk Mark's album...Wicked!" - Livingston Brown music producer. Wayne Morgan is currently the MD for The Three Degrees UK band. Jojo has been touring with them as their support act. Review, Kirsten Rawlins 'Prior to the ladies' performance came support from a young singer by the name of Jojo Desmond who, dressed in a cut-out top and denim shorts, looked out of place on stage all alone, with just the sound system for support. But the young songstress soon filled the room with her impressive vocals and self-written singles - and even braved a surprisingly strong cover of The Jackson's 'Blame it on the Boogie' to complete her show, setting the scene perfectly for the wonderful Three Degrees.
