Shoe City Sound is the Indie Label and home studio of recording artists Dolores Paradise and DJ Julio. Though most of their music is electronica in style, this newest release, the single "Hope", features live sax tracks by Marcellena Fernandes and guitar tracks by Jack Rootoo (sadly RIP - we lost Jack a few years back) This song is a comment on where it seems we are now - so many opposing forces, natural and political .... everyone has the choice to think in a hopeful direction rather than feed the fear that is also all around . We are currently streaming on IAC Internet Radio. Here are a couple of reviews from stations there: Mystery Radio intriguing and haunting, almost foreboding in its concept, pointing towards the future , captured a fine vibe in the use of horn which offered that mysterious touch.....nice one from Shoe City Sound with always stellar vocals from Dolores, tripping track all Over The Moon As always Dolores has come up with a really original and rather haunting track - I love the jazzy feel.
