by John BushGiven the number of debut LPs padded out with previous singles, it's a pleasant surprise that each track on Dom & Roland's first full-length is new -- though CD-only buyers may be a bit put-off that none of the previous 12"-only burners are present. The sound is pure tech-step, complete with all the menacing undertone and off-kilter effects hitting off the beat that fans would expect (plus a few above-average breakbeats). Two of the most interesting tracks, "Timeframe" and "Anaesthetic," feature Optical co-productions, though the highlight "Elektra" is pure solo Dom.
