Deep Vision is an equinox sound meditation journey without words, based on the energy of the spring equinox moon. At this time, life hangs in the balance between the scarcity of winter, and the abundance of summer. Plants, animals, and the Earth begin to feel the warmth of returning sun, as death is transfigured into life. The soil thaws, water begins to flow again, and plants begin to poke through the ground as a promise that life continues into the future. Earth is balanced between cold and hot, night and day and dying and living. It is a time of equilibrium, after which the scales begin to tip towards warmth, light and regeneration. Deep vision sustains us through this time, as we harmonize with, and create life in the balance. This meditation will help you balance opposites at any time throughout the year.
