"Raw Deal To Nastylicious," is an album of intimate songs. It was recorded at the Doghouse Studios in Austin Texas and Studio 1313 in Nashville Tennessee. How I came about recording these tunes was both circumstance and coincidence. I had just come out of my complete purity phase, having completed "One Man Die-Nasty," in 2008 which was a live recording on two track analog tape. I had neither the means nor connections to make a full band recording, so the next best thing I could think of was to take songs I had, that I thought could stand alone with minimal production. This album, I feel, does a fine job of capturing those tunes. They are simple songs with large amounts of emotional content. I have made this album, knowing that it isn't for everyone, but for the folks that can handle it, I hope you love it.
