This is the debut album from Fourth Floor Collapse. It was recorded directly following their win in the Next Big Thing competition and 8 months after the release of their EP 'Plans for Dream Homes'. In between they would win 6 West Australian Music Industry awards and WAM song competition prize for the track 'Resigned'. The first single was 'Made Believe' which reached number 2 on Triple J's listener voted Net 50. The music is layered an intricately crafted and brims with ideas and flourishes that reveal themselves over several listens. X-Press Magazine called Half Deserted Streets "Absolutely, inarguably amazing."
