The 2000 release of the Orchestral BeBop album called "ECLECTICISM" (huh? - Well, it's defined in the liner notes) became the second of the Carl Saunders Trilogy and like the other two albums it features multiple original compositions and arrangements, but more so in this case. Inside are found not only the well known L.A. Grammy awarded contributors such as Bill Holman, Bob Florence, and Clair Fischer, but also the young genius talent generally unknown yet of that same special degree. And, as in the other two albums one can find within liner notes a more than adequate explanation complimented by historical input.

Released in 1996 "Out of the Blue," the first of the Trilogy featured Saunders in a small group setting and was awarded the first ever 5 star rating in all categories by the I.T.G. (International Trumpet Guild) The third of the trilogy is entitled "Be Bop Big Band" also available on CD BABY.
