简介
Witness the rise and fall of an excellent alternative band from Italy: Danesh were formed in 1998 by Massimiliano Aniballi (voice, bass) and Flavio Sciarra (guitar); the band was originally completed by Massimiliano De Leonardis (drums), subsequently replaced by Guido Zitti. The lineup was then expanded when Ennio Baglioni joined on bass. In 2000, thanks to the track “Astuta-mente” they appeared at the Arezzo Wave Love Festival; in 2001 the track “S.o.” takes them at the Giffoni Festival, while “Comandi (la tua felicità)” and “Le parole che non hai” attract interest from several Italian record labels, both indie and major. Sadly, Danesh disbanded in 2002, due to misunderstandings and tensions within group members. Kutmusic proudly showcases a collection of demotapes featuring some of the best recordings made by the band between 1999 and 2000; the tracks - which sound still fresh - deserved a release: Danesh surely could have rightfully competed with other songs released in those years full of amazing changes within the record industry.
