I wasn't really writing an album I just wanted to please my music pupils. A lot of them wanted songs with their first name as the title, songs about animals, snakes , butterflies, doodle bugs and even flowers. I always wrote them a special song each Christmas. In fact I wrote everything they asked for. Some they like some they didn't. One little girl asked me not to write a pretty song because they were so boring. After a while I had so many songs they liked I thought it was a good idea to record these songs. I did. I also wrote printed albums with simple arrangements and chord symbols so all my music pupils could play them. Some liked the books. Some like the C D. Others like both .. It was a labor of love. It always pleases me to please children. By the way fun loving adults also enjoy this album. I hope you will. Frances V. Long
