简介

Algeron Wright Algeron Wright was born September 3, 1982 in S.C. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Deacon Louis (Eartha) Wright. Sometimes referred to as AL, he is the middle child of six children. Algeron wrote his first song at the age of fifteen. Shortly after that Al had his first studio time which was funded by his uncle. Algeron has used his talents to sing and assist many choirs and groups in the areas of S.C. Algeron have had the opportunity to sing and lead at the Fellowship Conference in Atlanta, Georgia where Bishop Wiley Jackson is pastor. Algeron’s first year participating in The Fellowship Choir opened up tremendous doors for him. During this time he was given the opportunity to lead an original piece that was composed by one of the fellowship pastors. The second year he led praise and worship at one of the services. That same year at a conference Algeron was given the chance to meet and see several Gospel artists. There, he sung under the direction of the gifted, B. Chase Williams. The following year he was blessed enough to sing under the musical talents of the anointed S. Norman. Along with his own talents Algeron comes from a very anointed and talented family. He has several family members in the music industry, starting with the previous AIR Gospel Recording artists The Five Singing Sons who happened to be his cousins. Algeron is also the cousin of EMI recording artist, Reverend Darrel McFadden, lead singer of The Disciples. The WFMV 95.3 FM’s very own parade of quartet and lead singer of the C Young singers, Rev. Curtis Young is another member of this anointed family. Algeron\'s very own grandfather, the late Rev. Charlie Young, was known for his music ministry in New York and South Carolina. The group was named Reverend Charlie Young and the Morning Glories. This group also consisted of his aunts and cousins. With his father as his biggest critic, his criticism is what keeps Algeron in line when it comes to his professional career in music. Although his father is not musically inclined he is the first to give thumbs up or thumbs down to a performance. Algeron lost his brother to gun violence in 2003, which put him through the hardest time of his life. Algeron and his family put their faith in God and gained the strength to move on. Algeron a singer, songwriter, producer, preacher and musician who loves to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ. He has also been featured with many choirs in the area and is a sought after musician and singer in the community. Algeron has a love for many types of music. Algeron’s love will always be the spreading of the good news of Jesus Christ. Algeron\'s most recent project was a live recording that took place in Orangeburg, South Carolina at the Stevenson Auditorium. This event was recorded in front of a large audience. The project had several guest artists which included Lejuene Thompson of N.C. and Curtis Young of SC. Algeron also had the opportunity to share the stage with his mother and youngest brother. Other artists were in attendance as well at this anointed event. The project is entitled \"Algeron Wright, Live in the Carolinas\". This project is produced by Algeron Wright and Rodney Green of Claystar Music. All songs were written by Algeron. The songs that Algeron wrote are sure to be a blessing to the Masses. Algeron was recently invited to sing at the South Carolina Victims Advocate conference. This conference was very meaningful to Algeron because of what he experienced with his brother. Algeron continues to minister in song and the word to this day.
