The album "Fear And Desire" is the first major project from the lyrical hip hop artist Bakari J.B. who hails from Boston Ma, a city with a quality growing underground rap scene. After hitting the local rap radar hard with his EP "Skinny" and dropping the video for "Laid Back, Smooth", a popular single off "Fear And Desire" his buzz began to increase. Notable features that helped him cultivate the sound for this project are Wazir Gray, Tech Mic, and Catch Wreck who are intellectually inclined artists with original style and soul singer April Stanford who has a powerful voice that is in high demand. The album takes the listeners on a ride through the emotions of a young man growing up in an urban environment navigating his way through life through expectations, hardships, fears, desires and a multitude of tough choices that befall people on the day to day.
