Brane is the solo project of Steve Watkins, half of the long-running electro-industrial band Scar Tissue and drummer for post-wave band Space Vacuum (From Outer Space). Tracks on this album come from over a decade of Steve's experiments with writing simple, catchy songs based around either heavily-effected guitars or glitchy effected synth and drum machine patterns (hence the albums title).
