EACH creates an audio kaleidoscope of Modern Progressive Rock. EACH`s influences are a mythical range of greats. A few examples are The Beatles,Pink Floyd,The Police,Yes,Caravan,The Jades classical and jazz luminaries,and more. EACH`s positive musical vision brings to mind sliding back the sunroof on a car and cruising down the highway on a beautiful day. Half of these songs were analog tape demos with the basic tracks still in their original state. The intent was to later go back when time permitted and re-record them into a finished recording. EACH never forsaw using them much later as part of the completed songs. EACH was playing live too regularly across the Southeastern United States to finish all the new songs that continued to come. This created a backlog of music that became an ever expanding song library. EACH considered doing a vinyl album this time around that would have a Side A and a Side B. Side A would have eight songs which half the tracks were from analog tape. Side B would have eight all digital tracks with the songs having been written from the same time period. Because most people use digital devices for playback and do not have a turntable it was decided to manufacture a CD to reach a larger audience. In the day of the Compact Disc there is only one side. These songs were written in the spirit of experimentation. This is taken further by "playing" the final mixes in real time so that the mixes are performances in and of themselves just as much as the indiviually played parts. The mixes are designed to reward the listener with discoveries each time he or she listens. The listening experience can be different simply by listening over external speakers instead of headphones. EACH wants to be progressive in the sense of working within classic song writing form, blurring it a bit , and giving it their spin. They know they are not reinventing music but are interested in how they can take the standard writing forms and twist them. The eight original demo tracks were performed live in the studio and even though are on analog tape from another time they turned out intact enough to use. EACH decided to perform an ambitious experiment and finish the tracks with modern digital tracks. This interesting experiment placed the EACH of today playing alongside the EACH of yesterday. This resulted in a project that was an analog/digital hybrid of work.It was as though the demos had been placed in a time machine and transported to the future. A six man band emerged. EACH were in the unique position of playing and recording with their former selves! Artists` generally record a song they have written from the ground up because the demos are loosely recorded and considered "scratch" tracks. To be able to utilize demo tracks that are well enough to be used as part of the finished tracks is practically unheard of. This album started out as a double CD album with many more songs to be included. In order to release the album sooner it was decided the double album would be a single album. Instead of just releasing the album as a digital download , New Adventure Records decided to also do a very Limited Edition CD release with the provision that only a thousand copies would be manufactured to increase exclusivity. The music of EACH DAY, EACH NIGHT explores life in our modern times. If there`s an underlying theme it might be: Don`t put off truly living until tomorrow There is no some day. The future is now.
