I wrote this almost two years ago now. It took quite a bit of work to get the ball rolling and finish putting the pieces together. Sitting here, submitting the song, it feels pretty great to be able to say that it is done. The song itself is very meaningful to me lyrically. I would like to encourage anyone interested enough to read this description to try and make out the lyrics. It picked me up to write it and perform it. I hope that it will do the same for you.
