The Band started out as a musical pair in 2010: one voice and two guitars (Irina Holzinger & Kim Mersch). In the name of their love for melodies they then tried to combine the melancholy of folk music with the rhythm and light-heartedness of pop music. They travel through the country of the Grand Duchy and they record a first album in 2010, called “Irina Holzinger & Kim Mersch”.
