I felt something was always behind me, but I did not dare to look around. When it was time I could do it, I suddenly found many white shadows behind me. When I started to look at the mirror, I found another me in it, but he was badly injured, with wounds around his body, bleeding. In November, 2021, this symptom appeared again. It affected me so much that I went to the hospital where I was diagnosed "environmental phobia". In April, 2022, my phobia was at last treated. When I look back, I realize that it was truly a difficult time. Therefore, I wrote these tracks to record the fear.
