简介
After the first strike, The Robot Scientists' "Black Hole" feat. Lisa (EDR001), it is time to unleash a successor on Emerald & Doreen Recordings. Having worked as a drummer in various bands, going on international DJ-tour with The Vienna Scientistsand finally producing tracks for The Robot Scientists, it was subsequently time for Fred Scholl to come out of the closet into the limelight indeed. Before he moved to Berlin, the insatiable musician finished some tracks which underwent a year-long permutation by aid of producer Bernhard Götz, who worked as inhouse-producer for Intercord. Götz, who also spent some time at Frank Farian's studio, liked the charme of Scholl's naive singing and compositions that combine the charmes of 80s pop, 90s indie dance and 00s electronic grooves. The result of this collaboration is three titles of which "Movement" will be published first. Thanks to the Robot's good reputation and a great network of friends, the release of "Movement" by go-nogo will be in good company. Next to the original version, there'll be remixes of Rayko, Ilya Santana and Skatebård. "It's a great honour for a debutant to be flanked by so many favourite artists, such as Rayko, Ilya and Bård, also because what I do is not deeply rooted in disco. It's a big compliment for what I am doing as a composer."
