ModGoblin Records and Jah Koomalou AKA Majahkil have united to create his first EP with the New-found FNQ Label. The Underverse is a 3 track journey where Majahkil invites you into some undiscovered territory. Using dark, fast, intricate bass-lines, animal sounds/growls, heavy synths and a hint of tribalism in his percussion. Majahkil travels deep into a wormhole between the roots, moss and the undergrowth - discovering the beauty that lurks within the darkness; aiming to recreate the sound of its inhabitants. This Far North QLD local is heavily influenced by the power of the surrounding rainforest - where once under the canopy, darkness reigns supreme...Majahkil aims to express his understanding of the Dark's hidden language within his unique sound.
